Shifu Liu at Taiji Circle Lucky Dragon has many busy workshops and classes in 2023, with free taiji qi gong sessions in the Park, teaching students a new Qi Gong practice, while continuing Chen Taijiquan, including the Double Sabres and Fan routines and the healing Da Bei Qi Gong, with the all important postural corrections.
