Please also book in venue and online classes in advance. You can buy a pass to reduce fees. With online classes you should receive your link with the Zoom link. Please join class 5-10 minutes earlier to set up your audio and camera. It is best to set up a free Zoom account with email and password, use the Zoom link or class ID to enter the waiting room and wait for Chris to admit you to the class.

Classes can be practiced seated if necessary, but to gain better strength, balance and coordination standing is most effective.
Best to wear lose comfortable clothes/trousers for gentle exercise and flat shoes or trainers for maximum comfort. Avoid eating a really heavy meal beforehand, but make sure you’ve had breakfast and enough to drink!
